Yes. You have an online consultation with a doctor licensed in your state, who goes through your results and your protocol with you, and anyone you want can join the call. Nothing is prescribed before that consultation, and your doctor reads each retest after it.

A lab range answers “is this abnormal?”. A Prime range answers “where should I aim?”, and is set from published evidence. A result outside it is not the same thing as an abnormal lab result. Being in your Prime simply means your markers sit inside those bands. Your first panel shows how close you already are, and your protocol is built to close the gap.

Nationwide. Our doctors are licensed across the United States, and you are matched with one licensed where you live. What can be prescribed differs from state to state, because each state sets its own rules, so a therapy available in one state may not be available in another. Your protocol reflects what your state allows.

No. Botox is a localized cosmetic injection. Our therapies, such as GLP-1s, hormones, and peptides, work systemically to influence metabolism, recovery, and healthy aging, guided by your labs and a doctor.

It varies by therapy, and we tell you which is which before you start. Some of what we prescribe are FDA-approved medications, used either for their approved purpose or off-label. Off-label prescribing is a normal and legal part of medical practice, and your doctor will say when that is what they are doing. Others are compounded, which means a licensed pharmacy prepares them to your doctor's order. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety or effectiveness. They are permitted under specific rules, and your doctor explains why one has been chosen for you. We do not claim FDA approval for anything that does not have it. Your protocol names the status of every item in it.

It depends on your protocol, your starting point and your goals, and it varies from person to person. We are not going to tell you how it will feel, because we do not know yet. Prime Years is pre-launch and we have no member outcomes to report. What we will do is measure it: your biomarkers before you start and again at every retest, so progress is something you can see rather than something we claim.

Membership pays for the app: Marcus, your health passport, your complete health profile, your results and trends, your wearables, your protocols and the supplement store. Testing is paid separately: each member’s tests are chosen for them and priced to them, and you see the cost before you book. Medication is billed separately and priced as close to what the pharmacy charges us as we can run it. Supplements are billed separately too. Every price is shown in full before you confirm anything, and there is no insurance, no claim, and no bill arriving weeks later.

Every medication carries risks, and no one can promise a therapy is right for everyone. What we can promise is how it is run: every protocol is designed and supervised by a licensed doctor and monitored with regular bloodwork, so therapies are dosed to your physiology and adjusted based on how you respond. Yes, they can have side effects, and which ones depend on the therapy. Your doctor goes through the risks that apply to what they are prescribing, before you start, and you can ask about them at any point after. Monitoring is the part that matters here. Your bloodwork and the symptoms you log are reviewed on a schedule, and a protocol gets changed when the numbers or how you feel say it should. If it is an emergency, call 911.

Yes. Your data is encrypted and seen by you and the doctors treating you. PYM staff can see it only where their role requires it, and every staff view is logged. Our privacy policy at /privacy has the full detail.

The record is yours and you can take it with you. Download it from Settings as one file, or delete it there yourself: type the word to confirm, and your health record, uploaded files, device readings, your profile and your login go immediately. Our backups expire on their own, so it leaves them within 35 days. Your orders stay under your member number for seven years, as tax rules require; our payment processor keeps its own transaction records under its rules. We keep a line in our audit log saying a record was deleted on that date, plus the log of staff actions on the account (dates and action names, no health information), for six years. If you cannot sign in, email privacy@primeyearsmedical.com: we confirm we got the request, check that it is you, and answer within the time the law allows, which is generally 45 days. Your record is never used to train AI models.
