Your full 44 biomarker panel once a year, then three follow-up tests three months apart, each built around your plan. Results from any lab in the country can be uploaded too.
One health record
Labs, wearable data, symptoms, conditions, medications and allergies, in one private record you own. You can download it or delete it yourself at any time.
Marcus, your record explained
Marcus reads your whole record and explains any number on it in plain words. He does not prescribe: every protocol change is signed by a clinician.
Clinician care and prescriptions
Online consultations with a clinician licensed in your state, across four goals: Weight & Metabolic, Hormones: HRT / TRT, Recovery, Longevity & Healthspan. Nothing is prescribed before your labs and a consultation are done.
Supplements
Chosen by certified dietitians from your labs rather than a quiz, and priced 25% under retail every day. Always kept separate from anything prescribed.
What makes Prime Years different
We earn on the membership, not your medication
Much of this industry marks up the drug and gives the advice away, which rewards a higher dose. We charge for the care and price medication as close to what the pharmacy charges us as we can run it.
Four blood tests a year, not one
A full panel starts each year and a follow-up runs every three months, so a change in treatment shows up in your numbers within one cycle instead of at next year’s check-up.
Labs and a consultation before any prescription
Nothing ships before a clinician has read your results with you. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need a prescription, and we will say so.
A chart that shows whether it is working
Every result, wearable reading and symptom you log sits on one timeline, so progress is something you can see rather than something we claim.
Your record is yours
Download it as one file or delete it yourself, without asking anyone. We do not sell your personal information or use your health data to target ads.

Paddy O’Brien founded Prime Years Medical in 2026, after being treated for Ewing sarcoma, a rare bone cancer, at UCSF as a child. Life after cancer left him with ongoing symptoms and conditions that no one connected for him, so he built Prime Years to help people understand what is happening inside their bodies, link symptoms that seem unrelated, and be the best version of themselves.

How Prime Years works
A short online intake
Your goals and your health history. No referral needed and no one to see first.
Your baseline lab panel
An at-home kit or a draw at a partner lab near you. Recent bloodwork from any lab can be uploaded instead.
Your first consultation
An online visit with a clinician licensed in your state, who explains each result and recommends a protocol, or tells you that you do not need one.
Follow-ups every three months
A new test, a quarterly review, and unlimited messages with your care team in between. Your protocol changes when your numbers say it should.
